It's that time of year again! Time for new starts and new year's resolutions. I must admit that I don't usually do New Year's Resolutions, but I know a lot of people that do and find them helpful. Last year my mum wanted to go zero waste and she was soon teaching me stuff! This year she's decided to go dairy free.

It's also the time of year where gym adverts and diet supplement ads are flooding our social media and television convincing us that losing weight is what we should be doing in 2020, even though it's not necessarily going to fulfil us or make us happy.

And so I decided to make a resolution list with a difference, one to help the planet! 2019 seemed to be the year of awareness of the climate crisis, a year where people really are seeing how important it is that we take care of the planet, so let's make 2020 the year of action. Whether you're a seasoned eco warrior or a newbie to all this sustainability stuff, you'll find something to give a go on this list. Plus there's lots of links to blog posts to help you get started on said resolution.
