Title from song Carry on by Fun, it's from a playlist I listened to a lot today which is just full of feel good songs. I was just walking to and from school half skipping with a big grin on my face because most of the songs on the playlist were just perfect. and that was one of them. It's very ture, because even when i can't deal with things mentally my legs still work and usually I go for a walk or something and just keep my legs going.
This post is a bit later than I'd like, I looked at the date last night before I went to bed and suddenly thought I should've done a post then, oops. It's here now though so it's only a day later than I'd like.
Another photo experiment this time, the outfit and pictures weren't too interesting so I thought I'd make them a bit more interesting. Though there aren't many because I didn't have many to start with, and because it took a while to edit them. I don't have many because I was shooting these on a hill in the middle of a park where a lot of people around could see me and though I didn't get too many stares I did feel really self concious. But it's definitely a step up on my confidence taking pictures out and means I'm gunna be able to try more open spaces and public places to do my photos.
I also actually signed my photos, I will probably do this in future but create one to use as a watermark, it takes too long otherwise.

Hello hello again! Another day another blog post, well 4 days later. Which seems to be the new pattern emerging as it's easier than every 3 days. it rains too much at the moment, because whenever I have the free time to take pictures it seems to be raining. And then when I'm on the way to school, like this morning, it's the most beautiful hazy winter sunshine. It was so pretty this morning it took me such a log time to get to school because I was just walking along bathed in sunshine and everything was hazy and frosty and oh so beautiful.
Started listening to The Cure again today, who will always be my favourite band ever. Whenever I leave and stop listening to them for a while I will always come back. They have so many beautiful songs and I think I would die if I saw them life (life goals).
Shirt - Topshop// Top - Lazy Oaf @ Thunder Egg// Skirt - Hidden Fashion// Shoes - Amazon// Socks - Asda//
I've been trying to include more photos in m blog posts because I think they're a bit short photowise and I could be doing more, so voila! The background of this is a bit messy so I'm not sure how I feel but I think it turned out all right. I loove these platforms but they're too big :( even with insoles and heel grips they slip off a bit. I'll still wear them though because they're beautiful. Also the socks, from the kids section in Asda, my mum was complaining I was being tacky by buying them but I don't really care.
Need to go and take some more photos this weekend because I don't have any backup, here's fingers crossed for no rain! I think I'm going to have a weekend to myself with lots of photo taking, a bit of work, and just to chill. This week hasn't really gone to plan but that just happens sometimes I guess. That's it from me for now, hope you enjoyed this post.

Hello hello lovely people how's it going? I once again froze my self for photos, my body is telling me it's cold out but apparently my brain doesn't want to listen, especially when it comes to blog photos.
I seem to be using mesh a lot because I don't want bare skin out in winter but it doesn't exactly do much to keep me warm....
The title is from "Someone New" by Hozier and it is so true, I do fall in love a little bit every day with someone new because I got a lot of love to give.
I said a while ago you'd be seeing a lot of my fluffy coat, which will probably be in every other outfit from now on, at least a bit. It's just so warm and cosy and I can wear pretty much anything underneath and still be prepared for the cold which for me is just ideal!
The photo of me with a lot of arms was experimental and I'm not sure how I feel to be honest, it wasn't me trying to impersonate a Hindu god or anything. I was actually inspired by Aya Sato and Bambi's dancing (which is amazing and they're the cutest couple on earth) but it didn't go to plan. But life is about learning from weird shit; yeah I do mean weird shit. That's the stuff that sticks :')
Also I don't normally include photos like the one of me jumping, they're a bit too candid. But I'm still with my "fuck it I'll do what I like" attitude with my last post and I wanted to include it because it makes me giggle. I really hope this attitude doesn't change, it's great.
 Mesh Dress - Pretty Little Thing// Daisy Dress (worn as top) - H&M//  Skirt - Missguided// Coat - Primark// Boots - Car Boot//

I'm still being surprisingly productive. Getting work done every day (which is pretty much unheard of for me) and realising why I did so badly last year (I didn't actually do any work). So school is pretty busy. I'm just thinking there's only 5 or 6 months left and I'm done. That's it. it'll be such a relief.
Also I will get onto doing youtubes soon, I just have to think of something to do a video about, find some time and stuff. I'm still not quite sure what do for my first one, an introduction would be good I guess but I want to make sure it's not really dull. I've tried youtube before and have just been really awkward in front of the camera. Once I get started I know I'll have loads to make videos on and a lot to say but it's always getting started that's the hard part.
Anyway I hope you guys have a good week and I'll be back with another post in a couple of days so see you then.

A little bit every day

Photography experiments (well mine at least) never really go to plan, and this set is not exception. I planned to do a set with lots of different rhinestone "designs" and I had a vision of how my photos would turn out and this wasn't it. That's not to say I''m not happy with them, I definitely  am and it's taught some lessons. Like how long it takes to glue rhinestones on; a long time. Also, how hard it is to take photos in a badly set up studio in a tiny space with a camera (I was using my Dad's because my flash was playing up) that has no live view; very difficult.  But hey difficulties like this will help me improve my photography a lot more than if it was easy, at least I like to think, so I'm grateful for them really.
Whilst I was editing these I  was going through a lot of them going "no that's not good enough" "no that's not flattering enough" and after a while I questioned "well why?" and realised it wasn't because I personally disliked them or thought they were ugly, but because I thought they weren't "pretty" or "flattering" enough for readers. But then I realised, I don't exist to be beautiful or conventionally attractive, so fuck that I'll use the photos I want to use without worrying about whether other people find them ugly. That's not to say I think I'm ugly in them, I don't. I just think some of them aren't the prettiest faces I've ever pulled, they're not from the most flattering angles and basically they're just not conventionally attractive photos. But why does that matter? This is my space and I'll post what I want, I think I still look pretty cool; who cares whether society in general thinks it's pretty.
I mean I'm very unsure about the editing on a few but it's photography/editing experiments and that's exactly what I've done so mission accomplished I think. Speech over, onto photos:
Definitely will try something like this again, though I am happy with the photos I think I could do better, and get more that I love (like the first and last one). Let me know what you think of this little set.
Also, on a completely different note, I've been thinking of starting a YouTube for a while now but I don't know what I want to do for my first video. I'm thinking it's going to be sort of a fashion, science, beauty and positivity videos with other bits sprinkled in. I love doing so many things and thinking of something to do for my first video is not easy. So what would you guys like to see my do (if anything)? Maybe a science topic you'd like to know more about? Or some sort of body image thing you think should be more talked about? Who knows, I don't, which is why I'm asking you to be honest.
Also, if you send me a lovely email or something about my blog and my response is a bit crap, I apologise. I've had a few recently and I've just sat behind my screen with a gigantic grin on my face, but I have no idea how to thank people as sometimes I feel like I'm coming across patronisingly. I'm honestly so grateful and if all you get from me is "thank you thank you thank you!" then it's probably because I'm lost for any other words and I don't think any words I could come up with would show my appreciation enough.
Anyways, until next time, thanks for reading!

Hey pretty people, how has your week been? Mine has actually been surprisingly productive and I'm getting stuff done, though my motivation has started lagging a bit I'm going to get back onto work tomorrow. Recently fell in love with Hozier, I mean I listened to Take Me To Church a while ago but only just listened to his other stuff and it's all so beautiful. Especially Eden which my title is from.
I froze so much trying to take these photos today, when i first went out it didn't seem too bad but then it was so windy where I was taking photos and by the end of it my hands were completely numb... ooops. It was worth it though,
Coat - Topshop// Dress (worn as top)- Motel// Skirt - Hidden fashion//

Bought this skirt on amazon, and then found out the seller was a website called hidden fashion where everything is £5 or less, will be buying there again soon. It's a very nice quality skirt. I was expecting it to be the same material as all my other pvc skirts which are quite stiff and not that versatile but this is thinner and a  lot more flexible. Also very much in love with this coat, I am a fan of long coats now I have decided, you can walk along feeling so powerful, it's magical.
My next post will probably be some photography of some kind but I haven't decided what yet, I have a few sets I've done recently and loads of photos still from my Italy trip but I don't know which to post.
Anyways I hope you enjoyed this post.

Not too confident with these photos, but that's kind of why I'm posting them. I think it's mostly because of how I look and how my face looks in them. I've tried to edit them a  couple of times and failed miserably so moved onto something else to post. But because I feel a little self councious about how I look and because it was a challenge to edit (which I don't think turned out too bad) I've set a challenge to myself to post them and try to keep them up. It's not as if they're not up to quality of a lot of stuff I post (though a lot is higher quality, granted). I don't know, I've been struggling a little with self image recently and it's all well posting photos like the last post where I am feeling confident and do look great but sometimes you need to post stuff you're not so confident on. It's mostly just in my head anyway.
Enough of that rambling though, onto the post itself.
Scarf - Primark// Tops - Lazy Oaf @ Thunder Egg// Jacket and Shorts - ASDA// Shoes - Car boot//

Looking at this post now I am actually like "yes, I'm glad I went though editing this and I'm posting it because it has worked out". sometimes you have to push past barriers and keep going I guess. I meant to post this a couple of hours ago but I was drawing, which distracted me from editing and now it's distracting me as I write this, once I start something I just want to keep drawing.
My new year is going quite productively (well today has and I'm taking that as how I want the rest of the year to go), I hope all of your first weeks of the years are going well.
Also thank you lovely readers, my last post made the most views my blog has had in a day ever. I mean that isn't a massive number but it's a pretty big thing for me. This little blog is getting a bit bigger now and I'm very happy. As much as I blog for the photography and loving that it's very nice to see people like my stuff and are actually looking at it too. I really am rambling now, This has turned out deep, oopsies. Deep me, sat here in my giraffe pyjamas, it's a really strange image I know. And no I won't show you my giraffe pyjamas because they're really not very flattering, but they're super comfy so great for lounging around in. How did I even get onto this? I'm gunna go before I start getting weird.
Hopefully I'll have some better things to say next time? I don't even know I'm going to go back to drawing now, hope you're all having a lovely week and good luck to those (like me) who are back at school and stuff.

And hello 2015, and hello lovely people! How was your new year? Mine was pretty good and I'm definitely looking forward to the rest of 2015. The title is a bit weird I know but I honestly did feel like a bunny in this outfit, it was all grey and this skirt feels like a bunny so that should explain the title.
Jumper - Urban Outfitters// Skirt - Dahlia// Boots - Doc Marten//
Rabbit ring - Awwdore// Moon Phase and Lotus Rings - Chxrmed//
Basically this skirt is my new favourite thing, it's the softest thing in the world and it's got pockets. I got it in the Dahlia sale for half price, and it's actually more than half price at the moment (£50 down to £15) so yeah I suggest you go buy it if you have a love of fluffy clothing like I do.
I'm very happy that this is my first post of 2015, they were a last minute thing and the light was just right, I was so glad it wasn't raining yesterday when I took them because it's been very wet here recently. What can I excpect though, I live in Wales and rain likes it here. I'm hoping for some more dry days soon so I can take some more photos, as school is starting soon, scary stuff.
Anyways, happy new year and good luck to everyone for this year.
