Took these photos yesterday, it was an .... interesting day. First of all I had a bit of a meltdown (completely irrational) because I couldn't fine the remote for my camera, and then I got down to the beach and the tide was coming in and it started raining (I'm never gonna get pictures down the beach at this rate) and then when I got to the spot I wanted to take photos it started raining every time I got my camera out. But the rain was a bit of a blessing as it was only in showers and meant that not many people were walking around so I didn't have to worry about people watching me take photos (though a few did).I also lost one of my new fave rings .n.

But then in the evening Nicole came round and we watched some anime and Wild Child and ate food and chatted and stuff so that was really nice.

I think the title is very true of my life right now (deep I know) but I think it's for the better... no I know it's for the better.
The jumper in this outfit is actually a size 16, it's the only one they had in stock and I just loved it soo much. I think it works well as a baggy jumper though, I mean I have a black tight cropped fluffy jumper so it's nice to have one that's similar but different. This is definitely my colour though... I only really wear dark colours.
This is quite an autumnal scene, though it's definitely starting to feel like spring which is so nice, everything feels fresh and lovely.

Thanks for reading! And hey to my new followers, I seem to have gotten quite a lot of you since my last post, thanks to you guys too!

Hey guys, hope you're having a fab week. It's half term now, thank god. I mean I need to catch up on my sleep... and all my work... Today was such a lovely day though. I stepped outside and it felt like spring, it was wonderful and it was sunny all day. All day. I was going to go down to the beach to take photos but it was high tide when I was going to go so I wouldn't have been able to get to the spot I wanted to take pictures at. Plus I haven't worn the shoes I'm wearing in the outfit in yet and they kill, so I wasn't really up for a twenty minute walk to the beach in these. I'll probably see Lizzie and take some pictures this half term though so I'll see if we can take some pictures down the beach then.

I also went shopping today, didn't buy much, just a Topshop lipstick and some CDs. There weren't enough sales on but I have a few things online that I want to buy so I'm gonna do that soon.

Long title I know, but I like to get everything in. As you have probably gathered this is a lipstick review. I'm really starting to get into lipsticks and since my last (and first) review on a lipstick I've bought like 4 more (2 were from the same collection). It's safe to say I'm pretty hooked, I mean how better to show you fucking rock than to wear some really bright lipstick? Tell the world you're confident when you feel great, the world will appreciate it. If it doesn't then give it the middle finger.

Anyway, that's just be talking about being fab in lipstick, it does that to me so how can that be a bad thing? And I have to say that this is honestly like the perfect stand out bright red smash the patriarchy lipstick. It's great.

First of all, the packaging is pretty pretty. I love how you can clearly see the colour on the bottom even if you have lots of the same set of lipsticks. Some of my lipsticks I find it hard to find in a hurry, but this one you can see what it is straight away.

I haven't edited the lipstick at all in any of these pics, I've edited the picture in general but I haven't done anything to the colour of the lipstick. It's the most perfect vibrant colour.
Not only that, it's really creamy and nice to wear on, plus it lasts for a very long time.

Colour 5/5: This colour is perfect perfect perfect, I mean everyone needs their bright red lipstick right? This is deffo the one if you're looking.
Aplication 4.9/5: It's a really nice texture, it smells nice and it feels great on. The only thing about it is the shape means it's a little annoying to get into the corners of my mouth easily.
Value for Money 5/5: It's £7.99 but for me that's great value, I mean .
Stay Power 5/5: It lasts a long time, and it stays at that wonderful colour. Unless you eat, drink or go kissing people, it'll then come off on then. But there will still be a lot left on your lips. My only down side is it's a little hard to get off again.

Overall 5/5: Ok so I know I knocked off 0.1 points earlier for the shape but looking past that little thing, for me this is the perfect vibrant red lipstick. I love the colour, I love how it feels, I love the price and the packaging. It's really unfortunate I'm not  really a fan of many of the other colours in this range.

Yeah basically I really quite love this lipstick. I'm hooked on lipstick all together to be honest, if I could wear it to school then god my life would be amazing, but I can just amaze people when they see my outside of school.

Hope this review was helpful, I'll probably be doing a lot more lipstick reviews in the future, and hey maybe even other makeup too.

Hope you're all having a lovely week, I managed to go out today to take photos forgetting my tripod mount, so I had to go home again but I managed to then get a lift because my sister is home to look at flowers and wine for her wedding. I wear this outfit the all the time just switching the accessories and makeup, this top is super comfy and my skirt I just love so much.

Hat - Urban outfitters (I think)// Jumper - Urban Outfitters// Skirt - Missguided// Shoes - Primark//

I love the portrait pictures of this outfit, and I tried some rhinestones with my makeup which I've been meaning to do for a while and I really like it, gonna try something more daring next time.
The title is definitely the truth (from Glorybox - Portishead)  things have improved a lot for me since deciding to think more positively, people do underrate positive thinking, I mean it doesn't work all the time but it doesn't hurt to try to be more positive ;P
Don't really have anything else to say much now right now, I tihnk I'm getting better at taking these pictures myself, and I'm really sick of the rain right now. but these storms can't last forever and I'm very grateful I#m not in a flooded area.

Thanks for visiting my blog, until next time.

Well that's how my town feels at the moment anyway. Today was the first day it hasn't rained in over a month and as much as I love the rain it gets a bit much after a loong time raining. But I'm back! I'm not sure how much I'll be able to post as I started blogging again like 2 and a half months before exams but it'll probably be between a couple times a week and a couple times a month depending on how busy I am... or how much procrastination I'm doing. I did miss it I have to say, there's something I love about making the effort to get my camera out and go out. I will be taking it everywhere from now on.

The light today was just perfect too, a very nice day all in all, calm winter days like these are perfect.

So yeah that's my outfit for today (and mainly yesterday) though I don't feel that these pictures really captures my eye makeup, I was impressed with it (though admittedly it was better yesterday). I think I am getting a lot better at makeup, and posing for pics. I think I like the last picture the most to be honest, editing turned out better than expected too.

Thank you guys for reading and hopefully I will be back soon with another post :)
Need to just remember to take my camera everywhere with me.

I thought I'd start my comeback with something a little different, I like my outfit posts and makeup reviews but I think I could add something more into this blog as I end up taking a lot of pictures for things. Plus flash is adorable and I want to keep him... unfortunately I don't think my sister would let me steal her cat. he came for Christmas and I really didn't take enough pictures of his cute little face. Buuut he might be coming to stay when my sister is on honeymoon so I can take a million more pictures then :D

He's probably the laziest cat you'll ever meet, he spends almost all his time sleeping and never goes outside. That explains why he's such a chubby cat though.
He's so docile too though, you can pet his belly or his pays and he won't even bat an eyelid and he's the fluffiest little thing.

He loves belly rubs and when you do rub his belly he flexes his little paws too... it's too cute.
Look at that fat fluffy belly!
His mouth always hangs slightly open and he always looks surprised. I really do miss having him here, should go visit my sister soon I mean of course I want to see her but who doesn't want to see that fluffy little face?

So this post was something a little different, I hope you enjoyed it and I'll probably be trying to do an outfit post soon (if the rain stops) and maybe some reviews. Until then :)
