So I haven't updated in a while, sorry about that but a lot has changed recently and it's been strange. Me and Tom broke up which is a big change (we were together for nearly two and a half years :O) but we're ok, we're staying friends and it works better that way. Christmas is also very busy and I meant to do an update on Christmas eve but I had the neighbour's dogs to look after and my sister came down with her cat (flash) and now whenever I go to take pictures or update I find I have flash sat on me.

But I'm doing great actually, everything's new and free and different which is scary as f*ck but it's cool, time to do something new. Anyway I got very spoiled at christmas and got some cash to splash on some clothes (my missguided stuff should arrive tomorrow woop) and I've decided I want to make my own accessories and stuff so I have plenty to be getting on with. But I've been sleeping a lot because I can and I like sleeping.
Enough of me, onto the outfit.

Choker - Twirly Trinkets// Jumper - Sparkle & Fade @ Urban Outfitters//  Skirt - Charity Shop// Tights - YesStyle// Socks and Shoes - Topshop//

I took these, like my last outfit pictures, myself and I'm not sure I like doing that much. I get some alright photos (though it was windy as heck today so I barely go any) and I can experiment but I just feel so awkward. Today some guy was watching me out of his window so I had to leave, he was creepy. It's just really awkward. But then again I don't exactly blend into the background.
Oh and if you were thinking of buying a choker from Twirly Trinkets then I have a review here.

The title is From Daughter's song "run" I've been listening to them non stop since the last week of school and I had something else to say but I can't remember what...

Thanks for reading and stuff, I'll try and update more often in the new year, got a review planned and some photos I can post. Plus lots of clothes to make new outfits with! Until next time :D

I think we should run, run, run

If any of you guys follow my instagram you would've seen I said I was going christmas shopping, but I had a bit of a stress out and decided that was a bad idea and so ordered some off amazon instead (and only one is probably going to be late but Tom can wait for one of his gifts). But I thought I'd do something productive with my day (as well as going to Ikea and not getting what I needed as it was sold out) so I went to go take some pictures, I mean I'd gotten ready to do something.

I took them myself and it's the first time I've done that, think they went quite well though. It was very eerie today though, it was windy and very very quiet and a bit creepy. I didn't stay out taking photos for long though because I got the creeps a bit :L.

Trying to incorporate all the music I can into this post, the title is from Temple of Love by The Sisters Of Mercy. The 8 minute extended edition is perfect.

But enough of me blabbing, on with the show.

Shirt - Urban Outfitters// Badges and Top - Panic Posters @ Afflacks Palace// Jeans - Grin @ Afflecks Palace// Shoes - Debenhams//
I really like how these turned out, very eerie, kind of horror movie ish. That's how I felt taking them though, today has been interesting. I'm gonna do a review on the lipstick I'm wearing in these photos soon because I love it but not before I post some photos from winter wonderland (thought there won't be many because it rained...).

Hope you liked this post because I did enjoy taking them, I'll take some more of my own photos next time.

So New Look were holding a Christmas Red Carpet Competition and I just had to join it. Ariana Grande is just too cute, her musics isn't really that much my think but she always looks super adorable and she has the cutest style! My favourite of her looks is one from Kiss FMs Jingle Bell Ball. Her outfit was simple yet super super cute and I'd wear it in a heartbeat.

But for this competition I chose  this cute lace dress look, as it is an ultra simple look, very in and I found some pieces from New Look that would go perfect with her look!

Super cute right? I thought the hair slides were something she'd wear so I added them in. Plus I love the chunky heel with the subtle metal on.

Hope you enjoyed this post, I liked making it so I might do more like these in the future. Lemme know what you think. I'm going to winter wonderland tomorrow and plan to take some photos, maybe an outfit shot or too, so I should have a post up sometime soon from there. OH also nearly forgot to mention, I was featured as a guest blogger on Kenielemegumi so check it out, blogged about this year's christmas decorations. Until next time  :)

Celeb Style Stealer with New Look - Ariana Grande

So I haven't done a makeup review in a long while, but I always enjoy doing them so I thought I'd give it another go! Plus I haven't bought a lipstick in a long time, I never though they suited me as when I was little all I had were my Mum's brown shades, and they didn't suite me. But I'm finally on the lipstick bandwagon and happy to be here, now to start my collection...
Stay Pout, get it... haha. Well I liked the pun! It's supposed to be a long lasting lipstick and for it's price of £4.49 it does stay pretty well! You can get it (and all the other colours of Stay Pout) here.
"Stay Pout is the longwear lip colour with stain you need , for hours of kiss proof colour!!"
Well that's what the boots website says about this lipstick it's not that kiss proof (some comes off, some stays) but it does last a while. I accidentally went to bed with it on and it was still on my lips in the morning, not as vibrantly as I had put it on but it was a nice pinky stained colour.
It was a lot sharper than this when I bought it, but Tom decided to put the lid back on it without putting the lipstick back down first -.- but it survived and it's still usable.
It's a really nice dark autumnal shade and it's really my colour, but it's not quite like this when on the lips.
Ta dah! As you can see it's quite a lot redder, and very vibrant.

Before and after.
Colour 5/5: I really love this colour on me and think it'll probably suit a lot of people, it's a very now colour.
Aplication 4/5: Nice creamy texture but once you miss it's very hard to correct but it is a Long lasting lipstick.
Value for Money 5/5: Only £4.49 for a lipstick like this, I kind of want to buy them all, but I might just uy a few more of these ones...
Stay Power 4.5/5: It lasts a long time, but not vibrantly, it stays more as a stain after a while but I think that adding something over the top the keep it there would work magic.

Overall 4.5/5: great value for money and great colour, but my problem is you can't make a mistake! it just stains your skin and it's really hard to get off, I found using makeup wipes was alright but still not perfect. But I'd deffo recommend this lipstick and this colour!

Hope you found this review helpful, I plan to do more in the future, in the meantime I'm gonna try and grab Lizzie sometime this week to take an outfit picture or two for this week!

This photo is from about a week ago, probably a little longer. I'm procrastinating bit time now with a maths mock tomorrow and a physics one on Thursday... whoops. But I felt the need to post again. My brain was going 'post, post, post, post' and so I had to. I wasn't very happy with the backdrop of these posts so I tried to add textures but I really didn't have the patience for it. They looked alright but then I just thought I'd post them normally edited. Chemistry exam today went alright but I can't say the same for tomorrow and thursday I don't think. Oh well, they're only mocks afterall.

Right, onto what you're here for!

Collar - Topshop// Crop Top - BDG @ Topshop// Skirt - ARK// Socks - Unknown// Coat - Mango// Boots - Primark//

This coat is the nicest thing in the world, it's lined like a duvet and it's so warm and fuzzy. Plus you can take the lining out and wear it in the summer too!
Might use this last photo as my page photo for facebook. Tom was just playing around with the camera but the shot actually turned out really well. Woop de woop.
Aaanyway I should probably get to revising now, hope you're all having a lovely week. Until next time :*

JuicyCanvas is a platform that allows you to choose from 100s of designs, customise them and have them printed. On a tote bag, phone case, t shirt, canvas hoodie of even baby grow!
Right now JuicyCanvas are looking for backers to get it's business going. But by backing their company you are also buying yourself  their products, and you get them before anyone else!
Click here to go and purchase.

So you can go to their website and have a play around yourself, look through all the deigns (there are a lot) and customise. There's a LOT you can do and I spent about an hour just going through and looking at all the illustrations. You can really get something that is completely YOU.

I played around for a while earlier and this is one of the designs I came up with, it would look really pretty on canvas but I think it's a pretty cool t shirt design too.

Below is their promotional video where you can learn more about JuicyCanvas for yourself:

Each design is fully customisable so you can get your unique designed t shirts. Great for gifts and more.

JuicyCanvas earlier this week started their Indegogo page to help kick-start their business, where you can back them and get yourself an early-bird ticket for a product of your choice.
They're not only looking for backers but designers and artists so if you think you can help contribute to their already 200 artist strong gallery then you can do that there too.

Aaand if you order this weekend because of Black Friday you can get offers on all their products and free shipping!
Head over to their indegogo page to buy their products or you can go to their website and have a go at customising some of their designs. Even if you don't plan to buy anything the design thing is surprisingly fun (and it kills time for procrastinatinators like me).

These photos are from about a week and a half ago now. I got back into making sure I took photos for my blog then and I'm actually really glad I took these photos in the dark because I think the outfit suits the dark... even thought you can't see all of it.

Although when we were taking photos (it was only like half 5 or so) some guy came outside of his house in his pjamas and gave us a death stare which was uncalled for, he could have just asked us to move. I'm wearing two things Tom has gotten me that I never get the chance to wear! He always gets me green jewellery and I don't have many green clothes but in outfits like this I think a little colour makes the outfit.

Rather stressed out about mock exams next week so I'm blogging to destress myself... totally not procrastinating...oops.

Crop Top - Urban Outfitters// Skirt - New Look @ Debenhams// Shoes - Bronx @ Shuch// Necklace and Circlet - Gifts// Inflatable Bag - Ebay//
Love this sad smiley face top. I wear it to school a lot because it shows my inner feelings about school (especially triple chemistry or physics days -_-). Anyway hope your week is going well, we're nearly half way through! Until the next post, where I should be intorducing you guys to Juicy Canvas.

So yesterday I went to Cardiff with my Dad to buy a new coat (it's a gorgeous coat from mango and it's so cosy i think I'm in love with it) and I was wearing a grey, blue and cream outfit so decided why not take pictures of the same colour of my outfit? I'm not that good at these types of blogposts yet but I hope to do more and improve in the future. I had a bit of trouble editing them into matching tones.
I tried to make it look icy and cold because it felt like that kind of day. Though i was super cosy once I had my coat on.

In between shopping and taking pictures I discovered Cardiff Fashion Quater which I recommend to anyone who likes alternative/vintage fashion who visits Cardiff. They have some pretty great clothes but I didn't find anything I absolutely fell in love with. Think I'll be going back after Christmas and buy some stuff then. It's quite pretty at the moment because of the Christmas lights but i swear most years they're more impressive. Maybe they haven't put all of the lights up yet. Who knows.
Let me know what you think of this type of post. Something you want to see more of? I'm gunna be posting some outfit photos next week as I have some photos from last weed and an uber cute outfit today to show you guys too. Thanks for reading :D

I've been wanting to do a post like this for ages and saw now as a great opportunity. I know some people do posts like this at the end of the month or week but I do  things as i feel I want to do them so I thought I'd just do a post now and I may do another one next month if this goes down well. It contains some fashion from some of my absolute favourite blogs so if I do one next month I'll try and choose different blogs. Anyway on with the post!
Sequin Season by Paledivison
I think Willabelle looks absolutely gorgeous in this outfit and it's a perfect party season look. Love the colours here too.
Look up at the Rain by Amy Valentine
Another gorgeous outfit, I think this suits Amy so well. Great mix of colour with her hair and the pinafore dress and shirt go so well together.
Double Denim by Ronan Mckenzie
Double denim is hard to do well and I think Ronan has done it perfectly. Need I say more?
Spectrum OI! by Gabriella Olivia
Gabriella's outfits never fail to make me smile. They're definitely interesting and inspiring. I love the combination here and especially love that jacket and hat on her. Super gorgeous.
First Gang to Die by Voguish Doodles
I love the shapes in the outfit, and the colour of those boots are gorgeous (they match her hair colour perfectly). I wish I could pull off a dress like that.
Blacklisted by Feral Creature
Eugenie is one of my favourite bloggers ever. And when I saw this outfit I was in love. Slightly witchy look but it's so gorgeous. Her outfits are always so versatile and I love the mix of the wide brimmed hat with the gorgeous cut dress (the back of the dress is also very very nice).
/31 by My Blomquist
This outfit I found through tumblr and it's just so gorgeous. More of an early fall outfit bit it looks cosy yet absolutely stuninng. The off the shoulder baggy jumper and the stiff looking skirt make a perfect combo. I would wear this in a heartbeat.

I hope you found this blog post inspiring. Who knows I might do one next week. Should have another outfit post up on Sunday or Monday and I'm hoping to take some more outfit shots this weekend so I have another to show you guys next week. I'm not going to let school take over completely!

Sorry for the lapse in blogging, school is just so much work and I've been trying to reconnect with people which isn't really working but there we go. I also haven't seen Lizzie (who took these photos) properly since the summer so we haven't had a chance to take photos in aaages. But I'm back with outfits, took two outfit photos this weekend but I've got mocks in two weeks so I don't know if I'll be able to get both of them posted this week. I shall try though, need a break from notes and revision.

Title from the song Where The Birds Always Sing by The Cure. Never stop listening to The Cure.

Denim Jacket - Topshop // Crop Top - Urban Outfitters // Vest - H&M// Jeans - Grin @ Afflecks Palace// Boots - Primark//

So in love with these boots. They probably won't last long because they are a bit plasticky and from primark but I will still get my wear out of them! I was planning to take photos of this outfit for a while. It's probably my autumn outfit, comfy, practical and I think it looks pretty good too ;P

Thanks for reading and looking and stuff, I'll try and get another post or two in this week if I can. Until next time.
